A short video of the painful involuntary Dystonic muscle spasms I get in my legs, this shows my left legs calf muscles doing their own thing!

I have Functional Movement Disorder, this includes the symptoms of Dystonia so I get lots of Dystonic movements which are very painful.

With my disorder I also get NEAD Non epileptic attack disorder, also NES Non epileptic seizures.

So far today, I have woken with a very heavy head. Been back to sleep only to wake back up with a head totally buzzing, feeling sick. With legs spasming :(
