As an international registered NGO in Ghana we have as a mission to create a movement of health consciousness for men and women fifty years of age and above. We organize and implement programs designed to promote the development of good health, strength, and longevity to motivate our target audience to have confidence in aging well. It is said that 50 is the new 35! We want to make that a reality for as many people over fifty as possible. Our desire is to make living over fifty an attractive motivation for the youth and future generations.
