Welcome to this channel, I am pleased to make your virtual acquaintance. I am a seamstress and (amateur) dress historian specializing in middleclass European and American women's clothing from the middle ages up to the 1910s, but specifically from 18901900. I also make said late19th century clothing, and wear it on a daily basis.
My main goal in doing this is to show that, contrary to many circulating stereotypes, the people of the past were not so different from the people of today. If you enjoy sewing, historical clothing, and the occasional feminist rant, than I hope you will stick around!
