@AhliaYoga on YouTube is a channel for at home or on the go moving meditation focusing on Yoga Asana. The purpose of the practice is to feel good in your body, connect inwards, and bring balance to your life on and off the mat. Ahlia leads group yoga as well as private classes and also offers workshops, retreats, teacher trainings, mentorship and continuing education programs. This channel will consist of 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute yoga and meditation classes that are either vinyasa style or more gentle and restorative.
