I started this channel to explore past my comforts of expressing my experiences in dealing with narcissistic abuse with family and relationships, surviving child se*ual traumas and religious dogma. The years of uprooting generational dysfunction and abuse has led me into my dharma; to write, to speak and alchemize the suffering and pain I endured.

I started my podcast, The Burning Truth, to share my experiences of a darkness that carried through my lineage that I have chosen to break, with the intention of healing my inner child, my lineage and to embody the mother I need to be for the sake of my children's wellbeing.
