British Landlord Association is a national association for residential & commercial landlords. We believe landlords with multiple properties, or just one, should have access to an association. Smaller landlords sometimes need an organisation to help and support them.

BLA members have direct access to a lawyer and an extensive list of documents landlords can download. Under one roof, members have all they need, from preletting preparations to evicting a bad tenant. Our daily online paper is published 7 days a week and updated hourly. National and international landlord news is at your fingertips when you need it. With just over 47,500 members growing, we would like you to join us.

The BLA aim to train, equip and support landlords throughout the UK. The association helpline for members is open 5 days. The British Landlords Association is a UK organisation. Landlords in England, Wales & Scotland are welcome to join the BLA.
