Chris Assaad is a Canadian singersongwriter who left a promising career in law several years ago to follow his heART and his passion for music. His fire for music was ignited shortly after he began exploring his love of singing and songwriting when he was forced to overcome a rapidly progressing hereditary hearing loss condition.

Chris has been actively using his voice to grow an international grassroots community, sharing his eclectic blend of soulful roots music, heartopening songs and stories with audiences in Canada, Australia, the US and Europe, appearing at club and festival dates from Mountain Jam in New York to The Espy in Melbourne to Midem in Cannes.

November 2020 will bring fans a a new collection of musical offerings, produced by Joby Baker (Alex Cuba, Deva Premal & Miten), with the album titled 'LION' out on White Swan Records / Black Swan Sounds.
