I'm Heather. I enjoy cooking and cookingrelated gadgets. I'm a fairly adventurous eater and a decent home cook. I've had no professional training in cooking; I have been cooking and teaching myself how since I was a teenager.

On this channel, I'm (mostly) cooking recipes from the cookbooks of professional chefs to show you how easy (or hard) they are for a home cook. Sometimes I'll add my own favorite recipes, or my own variations on recipes we've made from cookbooks, and give you tips and tricks to make things a bit more athome friendly.
