My collection of Small Engines (and other stuff). I've collected these from hitherandyon over the years. They all came to me greasy and grimy, busted and rusted. Finding parts (and making parts when parts just could not be found) was most of the fun in getting these little guys running again.
My goal is not to make them good as new; because they were only new once. In their renovation, my goal is directed more toward fixing them so that they run tolerably well, and making them look presentable.
I take these little guys to the shows and they seem to be happy to spend their time now in well earned retirement.
For the past several years I've become an advocate for Lauson small engines; products of the Lauson Manufacturing Company; a company that built quality engines for over fifty years.
