Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) became legal in May 2016, and now anyone regardless of net worth or wealth or background can invest in exciting earlystage companies in the private markets.

I don't have a background in finance or investing. As an engineer, I will share all my personal lessons from endless angel investing and venture capital (VC) courses, books, podcasts, and more.

My primary goal is to boil down all the lessons from angel and VC investing, and then apply those lessons to equity crowdfunding investors. In the end, I hope to save you time and increase your knowledge and confidence in earlystage startup investing.
