Dave is a former Naval Officer and 1994 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He started in Real Estate in 2014 renovating houses and managing his own multifamily and singlefamily rentals. He earned his Real Estate License in 2017 and has not looked back. In May 2018, he left his job as Director, Systems Engineering at a major medical device manufacturer to be a full time Realtor. He serves New Haven, Fairfield, Middlesex, Hartford and New London counties focusing on residential real estate with significant experience in multifamily investment properties as well. Leveraging his renovation experience, he has also built partnerships to help those interested in buying or selling a house in need of updating / repairs. Dave lives in North Haven with his wife, daughter and son. He enjoys sailing on Long Island Sound, learning the art of blacksmithing and is an enthusiastic fan at sporting events for both children.
