Dispatches is an outreach initiative focussed on connecting veterans and first responders affected by PTSD and leveraging the power of peer voices to break the stigma surrounding mental health injuries. By sharing our stories of service, struggle and perseverance, we promote open and honest discussions about PTSD and the challenges of transition to civilian life.
