Divergent Academy was created specifically to help Caribbean children by providing a curriculumbased resource that could teach them gradeappropriated content that they could learn at their own pace. In addition, these lessons could be used by teachers as a digital resource to integrate technology into their teaching practices by using these videos to introduce or reinforce topics taught in the classroom.
More developed content can be found on the Divergent Caribbean website in the form of a subscription service available to Caribbean primary school children.
