Welcome to my channel, my name is Edward Frye. I am an aviation, motorcycle, and photorgraphy enthusiast.
Learning to fly was always a life long dream. I joined the U.S. Air Force in an attempt to be close to airplanes, but instead, I took a computer job and then life happened. There was always the advice to save up enough to cover all of the school before you begin, which never happened for me, so I never started.

Finally while sitting down for lunch at work, one of my new coworkers mentioned, "I'm a CFI", and I told him he was my new best friend. We started working on studying the FAR/AIM and PHAK and I studied hard. 2 months later, I really wanted to get in the air, so rather than saving it all, I flew when I could. In 2017 at 42 I took my first lesson, in 2018 I earned my PPL, 2019 my instrument rating, and in 2020 my Commercial certificate and purchased my first airplane.
