Most of my content is only lightly edited and includes commentary and editorial opinions. My adventures are focused on getting outside into spectacular natural settings and doing LONG runs and races. This channel does NOT feature slick editing, fast cuts and choreographed music. Just plain talk and information with minimal interference.
