I'd like to share the love for Art through this channel.

Art has been one of the best therapist ever for me. And I thought it would be wonderful if I could share this positive energy I get from painting / drawing.

I am going to be honest with you all here. I am living with a panic attack disorder, so I can use all the help I can get! Running is one huge thing that's helping me. And of course, painting/drawing is the best for me.

I truly hope that you can get something positive from watching my videos. Maybe you can just relax and unwind by watching my videos....or you might be feeling like giving it a try to paint with me!
