Mrs. Katie's passion is to show hospitality. From over 50 years of experience, she teaches basic and advanced cooking and baking skills, as well as, prepping and preserving food through dehydrating, canning, and fermenting.
Mrs. Katie is a former caterer and author of several cookbooks. She has begun a Homekeeping School program and produces homespun aprons for many happy homemakers. She is the editor of the community newspaper, The Journal, and gives all glory to the Lord for it all!
