I am a certified Yoga teacher, IT Business Analyst by trade, and a military spouse. I also grew up in a dysfunctional family where I am the oldest of four and where I took on a leadership role within my family. That’s problematic because I never felt I lived my life for me. Needless to say, in order to survive, I had to learn a few skills along the way. Whether they are skills or talents, I do not know at this point. I am an Empath and a Highly Sensitive Person. I have done a lot of things to heal and break the cycle, but I am still alive, so I continue to fall and fumble.
