LifeQuest Organ Recovery Services is a federally designated organ procurement organization. Our mission is to honor individuals’ donor designations, to ensure a family’s opportunity to donate and to maximize the Gift of Life through organ and tissue donation.

We are located at 4016 NW 22nd Drive, Gainesville, FL 32605. We also have offices in Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Pensacola.
