Marissa opened SweetArt Studio in 2002, facilitating art workshops in Durham Region. Currently the Vice President/Nominations Chair and Social Media Director for the Society of Canadian Artists', she is also an elected Member of the Ontario Society of Artists.

This channel provides viewers tips and techniques in acrylic and oil painting, encapsulating many exercises and demonstrations from workshops she led over the years.
