We're building the city of Lockeport, one step at a time, moving through history.
The goal of my project is to try to deeply understand the forces that drove the development of North American cities, particularly those on the east coast. Why do our cities look and feel the way they are? I seek to answer these questions by exploring historical patterns of development, and to simulate them in our fictional city of Lockeport.
