The National University Hospital (NUH) is the leading university hospital in Singapore, and a major tertiary and referral institution. While NUH opened its doors on 24 June 1985, its legacy goes back to the founding of what is today the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 1905. It is the principal teaching hospital of the medical school and the NUS Faculty of Dentistry.
