My name is Tereza Alabanda. I'm a professional pastry chef, graduated from the Academy of Culinary Arts "Le Cordon Bleu" in Paris, France, and later from "Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy" in Wieze, Belgium. I apprenticed at the "Burj Al Arab" hotel in Dubai. I was a head pastry chef and head teaching chef at the “Oliva Allegra” Culinary Institute in Split, Croatia. Since 2020 I’m a Head of Product Development at one of the croatian leading baker’s confectionery manufacturers – “Bobis d.o.o.”, as well as head teaching pastry chef at the gastronomy department of “Aspira University College” in Split, Croatia. I have started "Pastry Maestra" for a simple reason so that EVERY pastry and desserts enthusiast can find everything and anything on the subject of creating desserts!
