The aim of this channel is to provide good quality evidence based information and advice for everyday people with the most common musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. The videos are usually around 1520 minutes long in order explore each condition in a degree of depth comparable to a typical consultation. The main focus is to provide good quality information and advice with a strong focus on helping people to manage the condition themselves wherever possible. Additional advice including treatment options like injections and surgery are also discussed where appropriate.
