Petty Officer 2nd Class James Fraser is a member of the Naval Reserve serving at HMCS CHIPPAWA in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Her Majesty's Canadian Ship Chippawa is a landbased naval establishment for parttime sailors. Members of HMCS Chippawa train in Winnipeg with the opportunity to travel across the country and around the world for additional training as well as deployment in support of the Royal Canadian Navy. HMCS Chippawa also responds to domestic operations such as emergency flood response.
