Hi there, my name is Sarah and I create meditations to help inspire and support people who are sensitive to energy, including Empaths and Lightworkers. Many of the meditations include energy techniques to help you clear, balance and energise your mind, body and soul. When I create meditations I am often guided by the angels and spirit to help bring an effective and empowering experience for you. Some of the meditations can also help you to open up spiritually and connect with your guides and angels.
