2)BE RESPECTFUL. I have ZERO tolerance for rudeness, insults, mocking, etc... I'll simply not even bother answer rude or offensive comments and, if it's repeated, I'll give another chance by deleting the post. If you keep doing it, I'll ban you.

This doesn't mean that you can't disagree with my theories, only that, if you want to disagree, there is no need whatsoever to try to overpower people or offend them. Your theory won't be more viable that way, only by explaining it in a civil, respectful way, will it be taken into consideration.
