My name is Mike Dickson (aka The Fit Farmer). I am a former professional bodybuilder turned full time farmer.

For years, I worked in the health and fitness industry. But my family and I sold almost everything we had, left our 2600 sq ft house in the city, to start a new life in a 700 sq ft YURT in the country... And we did all this to pursue our dreams of starting a family farm from scratch.
