Hi, I'm Stu and welcome to my channel. I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist and have spent the last decade trying to help people live more meaningful lives. Although I have a lot of experience in a lot of areas, I predominantly work with people who have experienced trauma.
I have two YouTube channels. On this one I share my experience and my thoughts on a whole range of popular media such as music videos and interviews. People have told me that framing this around music videos is more accessible without getting into a full on mental health video.
