I'm Tom Jacobs, an Evolutionary Astrologer, Energy Worker, and Channel with an active global practice of consultations, coaching, energy work, and teaching/tutoring.

In 2004 I began taking astrology clients, and shortly after I learned to channel spirit guides, then got a crash course in mediumship, and then began channeling Ascended Master Djehuty (a.k.a. Thoth, St. Germain, Merlin, Hermes) and Archangel Metatron a bit later. Adding in energy work and creating energetically programmed crystals and stones to interrupt your old, stale patterns, I help you discern your soul's path and teach you to clear obstacles in order to make it happen.

Each human is on a journey of becoming conscious to the point of becoming the source of love for the self, which is an important form of embodying the wisdom and power of the soul.
