Hi, Celeste owner of Triathlon Skills and Simple Swims. I built my swim coaching skills over almost 20 years as a Total Immersion Master coach and headed the TI Open Water Swim Camps for 10 yrs.
I created this channel to focus on the swim by sharing helpful, educational, and fun videos about swimming drills, technique, strength work, training, and healthy active lifestyle topics. I started this channel so I would have a place to express myself in my own voice, catalogue my 30 years of knowledge and experiences as athlete and coach.
