"Life is not the mountain tops. It's the walking in between." Ben Rector

I was recently inspired by this quote, and by a book that I'd read entitled "One Thousand Gifts" by Ann Voskamp, in which the author writes of her journey practicing gratitude for one thousand gifts in her life. She begins by listing a thousand simple blessings and pleasures in her everyday life. This inspired me to start my own list of simple pleasures and blessings. The way that the world is at the moment left me with more time than usual at home, and as I was in need of a creative project; I soon started making peaceful videos highlighting the beauty, gifts, and simple pleasures I could see in my own ordinary routines and surroundings. I started creating them for my own pleasure, never sure if I'd ever share them with anyone other than my family; but, finally plucked up the courage to begin this channel. I hope you enjoy watching these videos even half as much as I enjoyed creating them.
