علم النفس أحد العلوم الجديدة نسبيا، والذي تطور تطورا كبيرا خلال القرن العشرين، و لا زال إلى حد الان يتطور في محاولة لفهم واحدة من اعقد الظواهر، ألا وهي ظاهرة السلوك الإنساني .
علم النفس بمظهره العلمی الحديث لم يظهر فجأة فقد بذل الكثير من الفلاسفة والعلماء جهوداً مضنية حتى وصلوا بعلم النفس الى وضعه الحالي. في هذا الفيديو نشأة وتاريخ تطور علم النفس.
