This week's guest is Owen Barrow. Owen is a 26 year old entrepreneur, content creator and runner. He set up his first business, GoGetters, when he was just 19 and has continued to grow the business ever since. In 2023 he also launched The High Performers Club, a running and wellness club in London which has since featured in GQ and has recently partnered with my favourite bakery, Gail’s!!

In this episode we discuss Owen’s journey as an entrepreneur, his drive behind wanting to start his own business which started at a young age, the impact of the pandemic, the highs and lows of leaving your 95 and running your own company, why your health is so important, sobriety and the impact this has had on his life, social attitudes around drinking alcohol and why you could benefit from going on a sober date, how he got into content creation, what his 75 Hard challenge taught him, how and why his outlook on materialistic items has changed and the advice he’d give to his 20 year old self.
