✍RECIPE:

Give 12 whistles and cook until it gets cooked well. Add some Ghee and garnish with Coriander Leaves.
, in a bowl take whisked Curd, add Black Pepper, Black Salt, Chat Masala, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Green Coriander, Red Chili Powder and Ghee Tadka. Mix well and serve with Sabji, Ragi Roti and Salad.

take Bhindi, wash, wipe and make slit. Then fill the Masala and give steam. Heat pan, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, and Fenugreek Leaves. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Rice Chapati, Curd, Papad and Salad.

Give 2 whistles then cook on a slow flame. Mash with the masher and sprinkle Garam Masala, Mango Powder and Red Chilli Powder. Serve with Raita, Bajra Roti Salad and enjoy!
