Hey everyone! In this video, we tackle the question: Why is it one boiler problem after another? Some days in HVAC, it feels like the issues just keep coming, and today is one of those days.

We start with a simple task—changing a quick float vent. But as the day goes on, we run into more unexpected problems. First, we come across an old, ancient boiler sitting next to a leaking circulator pump that no one seems eager to fix. Then, things get even more interesting when we discover a low water cutoff switch that’s been bypassed—definitely not safe!

To top it all off, we finish by changing a damaged condensate pump contact that was overlooked during the last annual service. And guess what? The pump is leaking too!
