Shoe shine by Fernando. He's 19 years old and has been a shoe shiner for 4 years in the Center of Mexico City. Fernando's father used to work on this shoe shine stand but he retired some years ago.

Fernando's shoe shine stand is located on Av. Francisco I. Madero, in Mexico City Centro.

Madero Av. is a pedestrian street with many businesses, restaurants and shops. Locals and foreigners come to this area to enjoy the public space as well as for shopping. The weekends are especially busy, and the location is near the Zocalo in Downtown Mexico City.

My black leather boots were a bit dusty and needed some shine. Fernando made them look shiney like a mirror.
