Dear friends and followers, and especially flight students, welcome back to my channel, today´s video will give you some vital advice on how to approach the airline assessment. The assessment excludes the screening (flying in the simulator), that´s a whole other video. Today we´ll primarily concentrate on the applying and assessment part.
I´ll cover some basic topics on how to apply to an airline, what psychometric test look like and what questions to expect during the interview part of the assessment. Also, I´ll briefly mention what it´s all about in the group exercise.
Please make some notes whilst watching this video, as it will help you prepare for your airline assessment. This video is for both, pilot cadets and readyentry pilots, with the exception there are lesser aviation theory question if you apply as a cadet. But please be aware this can vary from country to country and airline. But in general, if you stick to my 10 hacks, you´ll know what the do´s and don´ts are in preparation for your assessment.

I personally know the Skytest boys and I highly recommend to check out their website and software. The have aptitude and psychometric tests for various airlines. With their software I´ve never failed any of the those fierce tests.
