A different kind of vlog this week and I'm sorry its late! (normally upload Fridays) but better late than never I guess... On Friday I took part in a 10 hour spin. It was gruelling and extremely painful even with our padded pants and seat but we completed it. Its really made me realise how much I enjoy challenging myself. I am an athlete, not just a bodybuilder and this year I'll be taking on a number of challenges to physically put my body to the test and I can't wait to share everything along the way with you! I have 6 weeks to go now until my half marathon... arghh!
