१० लोकांसाठी मटार बटाटा रस्सा करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• ५०० ग्रॅम बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• २५० ग्रॅम बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• १ चमचा जिरं
• २ मोठे चमचे धनेपूड
• १ चमचा जिरेपूड
• ३ मोठे चमचे लाल तिखट
• ३ मोठे चमचे गोडा मसाला
• १ चमचा बेसन
• २ मोठे चमचे आलंलसूण पेस्ट
• कढीपत्ता
• तमालपत्र
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• ५०० ग्रॅम सोलून चिरलेले बटाटे
• २५० ग्रॅम फ्रोझन पीज
• १०० ग्रॅम तेल
• १/२ चमचा मीठ
• ४ चमचे भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचं कूट (ऐच्छिक)
• १ चमचा बारीक किसलेलं सुकं खोबरं (ऐच्छिक)
• जरुरीनुसार गरम पाणी

Let’s see how to make matar batata rassa for 10 people today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. We already have seen matar batata bhaji. But his is for 10 people and you don’t have to take lot many efforts. We are making this bhaji without making any vatan or masala. Still this bhaji turns our nice and super delicious. It gets nice gravy and tarri too!! I am sharing perfect proportions. Festive days have started. So you invite many people to your place. At such times, this bhaji recipe will help you a lot!! We are using very few basic ingredients and spices. This bhaji not only looks tempting but also tastes just awesome.

Ingredients:
• 500 gm finely chopped Onions
• 250 gm finely chopped Tomatoes
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• 3 tbsp Red chili powder
• 3 tbsp Goda masala
• 1 tsp Besan
• 2 tbsp GingerGarlic paste
• Curry leaves
• Bay leaves
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 500 gm peeled and chopped Potatoes
• 250 gm frozen Peas
• 100 gm Oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 4 tsp roasted Peanut powder (Optional)
• 1 tsp blended dry Coconut (Optional)
• Hot Water as needed

Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, bay leaves, onion and salt and mix
well.
• Fry everything well together until onion gets nice golden color.
• Add tomato and gingergarlic paste and fry well until tomato is cooked well for another 56
minutes.
• Add coriander powder, goda masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, roasted peanut powder and
dry coconut and fry it together for about 23 minutes.
• Adding roasted peanut powder and dry coconut is optional. You can skip it of you don’t want.
• You can use garam masala or kandalasun masala or kala masala in place of goda masala.
• Move the masala mixture along the edge of the pan and add besan in the remaining space.
• Roast besan for about a minute and mix it well with the masala mixture.
• Add potatoes and mix well.
• Fry it well together for about 23 minutes.
• Add hot water and mix well.
• Simmer the rassa well for about 1215 minutes until potato is cooked well.
• Add frozen peas and coriander leaves and simmer rassa for 5 minutes more.
• If you are using fresh peas then add them along with potato.
• Add salt and mix well.
• Simmer the bhaji for just about 5 minutes and matar batata rassa is ready.
• Serve it with bhakri or chapati.
• It goes well with steamed rice too.
