This yoga class is the very first of a 30 Day Yoga Fusion Challenge that I’m leading. So many of my students have told me that they have a rotation of a few of their favorite online yoga classes that they go back to. So, I’m bringing you this 30 Day Yoga Fusion Challenge. These are super short practices you can do every day for 30 days in a row that rotate between my favorite styles of yoga. At the beginning of every single class, I’ll be offering you a little something different... A tip, trick or hack I’ve honed over the years, while falling in love with these different styles of yoga.

This challenge has the best of BOTH worlds: consistency and variety. We begin with a 10minute Vinyasa flow style class. So glad to have you here for this challenge, now let’s get on the mat.
