I love this quick morning yoga routine because it engages all of the major muscle groups, like the legs, the core, and the back. I incorporate a lot of twists to bring some flexibility to the spine, as well as some deep hamstring and hip stretches. I pair this yoga routine with breathing to help deepen the yoga poses so that you can feel a deeper stretch. This routine is great for beginners because the poses are simple, but challenging enough for regular practitioners because it covers all major areas of the body for a truly fullbody stretch!
