No equipment needed for this low impact cardio workout at home!

This all standing, full body cardio workout is great or ALL fitness levels. Modifications are offered throughout so you can scale the workout up or down. This is a no equipment, no repeats workout you can do anywhere!

✔ 15 All Standing Beginner Cardio Exercises
✔ Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work per exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔ Complete Each Exercise Once, No Repeats

2. Hamstring Curls
3. Heel Tap Jump Rope
4. High Knee Skips
5. 2 Heel Taps + 2 High Knees
