I like Naruto... but...
Many OP broken hax attacks in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden and i expect worse from Boruto lol, really weren't used to their full potential and here's 10 that i think fit that bill, the honest anime descriptions is taking a while, so here's some naruto for the mean time XD

shisui's sharingan the koatumatsukami, when danzo had it
8 inner gates, gai vs madara or lee vs gaara
madara has a lot, but his Limbo Clones
subsitution...

sasori in his fight with sakura and chiyo
