``Niku Sanuki Jinzo Udon'' uses most of the ingredients from Kagawa Prefecture, including udon flour, dried sardines, and soy sauce. This udon shop makes udon noodles inhouse every morning, and aims to make ``udon noodles that you won't get tired of eating every day'' that you can eat at cafeterias in Kagawa Prefecture. The pork used is Hayashi SPF, a branded pork from Chiba Prefecture that is also used at many famous tonkatsu restaurants. There are currently 5 stores in Tokyo, and the Daimon store has been selected as one of the ``Tabelog 100 Stores'' many times. The udon noodles, made with carefully selected ingredients and handmade, are so popular that there is always a long line of customers.
