The Obiekt 292, or Object 292, was an experimental tank of design bureau of the Kirov Plant and scientists of the AllRussian Research Institute Transmash. The prototype was based on the T80U. The chassis was that of the T80U with a T80BV turret that was upgunned to a 152mm smoothbore gun.
