I recently did a challenge that was 100 push ups a day AND 100 pull ups a day for a whole month. It was pretty tough at first, but after about a week of it I felt like I could keep going on autopilot.

The method I used for this fitness challenge was called "ladder supersets." In this video, I briefly show my results from the challenge and then explain the ladder workout I used to quickly and efficiently get in 100 push ups and 100 pull ups everyday. This workout even left me enough time to keep legs, core and handstands in my routine.
