I recently acquired a press brake built by another fabricator. He had abandoned it due to issues with timing of the multiple air over hydraulic bottle jacks he was using. I will cover the problems, reason for them and what I am going to do to prevent them in my build.

I am rebuilding it to use 50 Ton hydraulic rams and a 10,000 psi pump!
