This 10minute shoulder stretching routine is designed to help relieve stiffness and tightness after stroke. It’s best for survivors who are able to sit upright safely. As long as this routine doesn’t cause pain or discomfort, it’s generally okay to do every day or every other day as needed. Of course, consult with your doctor first to make sure this routine is right for you. No equipment needed!
