►EQUIPMENT: Mediumtoheavy set of dumbbells (825 lbs). We're using 15 and 20 lb dumbbells.

►INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔10 Dumbbell Exercises
✔Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest)
✔Complete All 10 Exercises x 1 Set (No Repeats)

*This workout jumps right in no warm up or cool down! If this is your first movement of the day, we suggest warming up with this workout (   • 5Minute Warm Up for At Home Workouts  ) and cooling down with this flow (   • 5Minute Daily Mobility Routine (For ...  )

3⃣ Split Lunge, Right
4⃣ Alternating Bicep Curls

9⃣ Lateral Squat
Alternating Tricep Kickbacks
